I think nel was to kind for coming to check on her ex bestfriend sula to be honest after the way she hurt her i dont know if i could have been the bigger person in a situation like that. Even on her dieing bed shes still cocky and arrigrant when sula ask her what could she do for her she says her medicine and when she looks into sula purse theirs only the watch and prescription no money at all.Basiucally forcing nel to have to pay for her medicine with her own money still being the inconsiderated friend after all the pain she has caused.When nel asks Sula why she sleep with Jude she gave a blunt answer that wasn't good enough for me because she wanted to fill up space in her head that she felt needed to be filled.is probably the reason she sleeps around from watching her mom do it but Hannah was happy wit it. Sula on the other makes her feel lonelier to me. After reading every chapter i think less and less of Sula character because, she all for self she doesn't care for the ones around her just her. im still trying to fugure out what she dieing from i know she overdosed but whats the sudden reason for her illness. I wonder did she know all along she was sick and dieing our was it sudden sickness but looking at things i personally think she had been sick for a long time. She probably contradicted a disease she couldn't get rid of from sleeping around.
