When I read about Nel getting married i was kinda glad she was venturing out on her own no more Sula rules. even her boyfriend goes in as to say nel does what Sula wants which i think is very correct. i also feel that Sula is a Little envious of nel being the first to get married out of the two but want admit it. that's why she leaves without saying good bye to someone who was suppose to be dear to her heart her best friend. Nel being so submissive didn't mind probably took it as Sula not wanting to end on bad terms. even nel mother was over joyed that Sula was finally leaving and would be gone for a good 10 years. Being that nel is so submissive she will probably doing what ever her husband wants her to do. like cooking, cleaning, laundry, and all the chores. I feel like the book is starting to heat up and get very steaming in the coming chapters. I feel that Sula knows that even if their relationship is a struggle she'll be willing to work on it because she loves Sula like a sister.
